WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT!

Welcome to Pine Knolls! We’re excited to get to know your family! Pine Knolls volunteers and staff are committed to creating environments where your child is safe, cared for, and loved. Here’s what you need to know: 

Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the service. When you enter the church foyer, take a hard right and head downstairs. Volunteers will greet you at the Pine Knolls Kids Check-In Desk to gather all the information necessary to enroll your child.

Our classrooms will open to receive your child 15 minutes before the service begins.  To best serve your family, children are assigned to classrooms based on age or developmental stage.

To protect your child, we adhere to strict safety guidelines. All Pine Knolls Kids volunteers have an application and background check on file. Upon check-in, your child will receive a name tag with a unique identification number, and you will receive a Parent Receipt Label with your child’s identification information.

At the conclusion of the service, you must pick up your child in his/her individual classroom and present the Parent Receipt Label to be scanned. A parent or adult must present the Parent Receipt Label (older siblings may not pick-up).
